OC Nail Art Contest!

Hi everyone!! This post is only to let you know that Oc Nail Art is having a contest for "Fall Season"
at there Facebook fan page.

Here are the rules!

OC Nail Art Contest!!! The theme is "Fall". That means you can do fall colors, you can do Halloween, you can do back to school, a fall sport that you love - whatever the "fall season" means for you! The rules are SIMPLE!
1. You MUST use ONLY Konad images - no others
2. You MUST say WHICH image disk(s) you used
3. You CAN use any color or brand of polish - does not have to be Konad, but ...

if you used Konad polishes, please say which colors
4. You can enter as many times as you wish but you will only win ONE PRIZE in this contest
5. Judge's decisions are final
6. You can enter the contest even if you have won a prize in an OC Nail Art Contest this year, but the contest winners of THIS CONTEST will not have won in 2012. Still enter - your designs are fabulous.... and we love to see them!
7. You can enter your design even if you have entered that design before, but if that design has won previously, it will not win a prize this time.
8. The prizes are $10, $25 and $50 in OC Nail Art coupons
9. There is an additional $25 prize for the entry with the most "shares"

Cheeky Summer 2012 Nailart Plates Review! *pic heavy*

Hello nail art stamping fanatics!

For today's post I'm very excited to be reviewing the brand new set of Cheeky nailart plates summer 2012 collection, The set comes with 26 Nailart Image Plates with 161 brand new designs to choose from, each containing 6 to 7 design per plate, all image plates are made with paper backed to prevent from scratching during storing and they came with a blue protective cover on them which was easy to peel off.

              The plates come in a stylish cute little box that can be used as storage for the plates.

                     Inside the box come a nail artist license which can be used as a scraper.

Wowsocool Konad Review!

Hey dolls! how is your week going so far I hope that you are all doing great! Today I want to share with you a review product from Wowsocool.com, the lovely Jessica who is behind Wowsocool sent me some products and I'm going to tell you my experience with the products that she sent me.
 
             Here's what I got: Image plate (M36) Special polish in white, Stamp and scraper set.

(Instructions)

• First apply the base color of your choice and let it dry completely once dried, start off by selecting your favorite design on the image plate and then apply the special konad polish scrap off excess polish.
• Place the stamp quickly to pick up the image
• Place the design image onto your nail by pressing and rolling the stamp firmly
• Clean the image plate and scraper with pure acetone after each use to make sure you get a nice & clean design every time!
• Apply a top coat for best results.

Here is my final result I hope that you like it.

Overall, I think Konad is a great alternative for those of you who are like me that are not so
good at free hand nail art.

Neon Gradient Nails!

Happy Sunday everyone!
I just want to show you guys what's on my nails right now. I'm wearing two colors from the brand Nina Ultra Pro in Punki Pink, and Orange Flame, these colors are from the collection of Neon as you can see they are very bright, and fun to wear during Summer time. For the design I stamped using  BM-319 and Konad Sp in white.

Hello dear followers! Today I have the 3rd and final collection from Zoya's fall 2012. The Gloss collection is a collection of three buildable jelly gloss shades. to be honest I'm not a big fan of jellies polishes, I prefer a opaque finish but that is just me. I do like that this new jelly nail polishes are made to be buildable. One coat will give a sheer, light color. The more layers of jelly nail polish, the more intense the color.

As promised, Today I want to share with you swatches of the second half of Zoya's Fall 2012 Collection. This half is called Designer It contains six creme finish polishes, This is another really nice collection and great for those who prefer creme finishes polish. These Zoya’s cremes are such a treat, super glossy, gorgeous, for any season I would say not only for fall.

Each New Fall Collection (Designer, Diva and Gloss) features color that is beautiful, long-wearing and“haute” off the New York Fashion Week(NYFW) Fall 2012 runway!

On each of these I applied two coats for opaque coverage with no top coat!
First up is Zoya Rekha, a sexy medium red with a glossy creme finish.(Bibhu Mohapatra custom shade)

Zoya Toni, a deep rich plum purple with Creme finish.

Zoya Monica, a creams unique dark purple.

Zoya Natty, a smokey dark blue cream, a very uncommon shade of blue.

Zoya Evvie, a light smokey grey with dark aquatic teal.(Peter Som custom shade)

 Zoya Noot, a dark charcoal grey with a hint of green.

Overall The formula and application was fascinated on all of them, Nice even texture, great coverage!
